提高學生學習成效是教學改革的首要目標。實現這一目標的關鍵是要改革目前“以教師為主體、以課本為中心、以課堂為陣地”的傳統教學範式，要明確“教”不等於“講”🤷🏿♂️，“學”也不等於“聽”🤾🏽，要強調學習過程的自主性🏤、實踐性和過程性👍。實現教學範式的轉變教師是關鍵，不僅需要教師更新傳統的教育理念，調整教學模式，而且要掌握作為教學引導者♙、教學環境營造者和高級學習夥伴的技能和技巧。
美國賓州州立大學教師特別註重引導學生積極，成效顯著。今年暑期，意昂平台生命科學學院等邀請該校生物學教學法專家來意昂就教師如何進行角色轉換、如何營造自主學習環境等問題進行現場展示和經驗介紹，參與研修的老師深度參與體驗；特邀我校理科、醫科等相關學科有興趣的老師與生命科學學院的老師一起參加研修🙌。
研修時間：2015年7月15-17日（具體內容日程附後🐘，校內教師15日8:45報到,外地教師7月14日報到，詳見“指南”）
